The Beachfront Bliss Retreat is all about decompressing and having fun in nature. For five tranquil days you’ll focus on yourself during gentle and empowering seaside yoga classes, snorkeling/diving excursions, plus plenty of free time to walk on the beach, swim or simply lay out a towel and chill. The proximity to the water induces what scientists call the Blue Mind, a mildly meditative state characterized by calmness, peacefulness, unity, and a sense of general happiness and satisfaction with life. Within this soul-soothing environment you’ll cultivate a deeper sense of self-love while also being uplifted by fellow retreat-goers on a similar journey.
With 14 years of yoga teaching experience, Dina Pappalardo brings a playfulness to the practice whether she’s teaching online, in studios, or on one of the many retreats she’s led around the globe. As a beach lover, Dina believes the marriage of yoga with the healing energy of the ocean offers her students the optimal environment for growth, inspiration, and rejuvenation.
